Orders

Orders can be placed directly on our website or via WhatsApp at 242-821-3338. Simply select your bundles, add them to your cart, and complete checkout — or send us a message to order directly.

Pickups

Pickups are available at The Beehive Hair Salon in Palmdale (Wongs Plaza). You will receive detailed pickup instructions once your order is confirmed.
Pickup is by appointment only. Orders must be collected within 3 days of confirmation. Late pickups beyond this timeframe may be subject to restocking.

Delivery

At this time, we offer local pickup only. Stay tuned — delivery options are coming soon!

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene standards.

Pre-Orders

If a product is sold out, you may contact us via DM or email to reserve your bundles for the next restock.

Payments

Payment must be made in full to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Pricing & Inventory

Soléa Hair Co. reserves the right to adjust prices, restock timelines, and inventory availability at any time.
