Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed directly on our website or through WhatsApp at 242-821-3338. Simply select your bundles, add them to your cart, and complete checkout — or send us a message to order directly.

Q: How do I pick up my hair?
A: Pickups are available at The Beehive Hair Salon in Palmdale (Wongs Plaza). You’ll receive detailed pickup instructions after your order is confirmed.

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: At the moment, we offer local pickup only. Stay tuned — delivery options are coming soon!

Q: Can I return my order?
A: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q: Can I pre-order if the hair is sold out?
A: Yes! If an item is sold out, please contact us via DM or email to reserve your bundles in the next restock.
